We cater to customers from all over the world, with a focus on markets such as Angola, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zanzibar. We believe that everyone deserves access to luxury products, and we take great care in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

However, it is important to note that your purchase will be subject to import tax and other fees upon arrival in your country. These taxes & fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and you can find out what your country's tax percentage is by visiting the website provided below. We want our customers to have a hassle-free shopping experience, and we encourage you to do your research and be aware of any additional fees that may be incurred.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts for 15 days, starting from the day the package is delivered to the customer. Please initiate any return requests within this time frame to ensure smooth processing.

Late Returns: Returns sent after the 15 day policy will be rejected. In these cases, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return label and shipping cost back to the original shipping address.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you find any item shipped defective or wrong, please contact us and we will provide a return label for you to send the defective/wrong item back to us.
Remembering that some products have small non-conformities, attested by photos on the product page, which do not count as defects.
ALWAYS check all photos of the product to know the condition of the product you purchased.

Customs Expenses: For returns with customs expenses, the buyer will be responsible for covering these costs. If a customer's return includes customs charges, these must be paid first before we can issue a refund for the returned item(s).

Return Conditions: All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes or dust bags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are worn, washed or show any traces of use.

Refused returns: In case of refused returns, the order will be sent back to the buyer and any additional shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be made via bank transfer or PayPal within 5 business days of receipt and approval of returns.
